# Gas

> Privy sponsorship for workflow writes and USDC gas on Arc.

Workflow writes call Privy wallet RPC with `sponsor: true`. You do not fund ETH for those steps on supported chains.

On Arc, gas is USDC:

* Native gas USDC is **18 decimals**
* The ERC-20 USDC interface and marketplace amounts are **6 decimals** at `0x3600000000000000000000000000000000000000`

Do not mix those units in the same field.
